I can attest to Zio's toilet riding abilities. He spend's more time on the toilet than seems possible. It's hard to believe anybody could create that much ****!

By the way, I haven't ridin' all year (maybe 2 times) so I'll be in the back of the pack too. That's not what it's all about though.

Chalk up another I want to ride more but everything else seems to get in the way. The last time I rode was a month ago, before that once in June and only 3 times before then after I bought my bike in March. I was only able to make Sat at DW last year, with no bike. Bswift let me take his new 450 for a spin. I didn't "ride" with anyone but had a huge smile under my helmet. All I know is this year I'm in for 5 days and plan to be a tired sore old man time Saturday night rolls around. Yeah I've signed up for almost every event... and I'm not going to win despite what my brain tells me. I can see Okie now walking the gate telling everyone "take it easy'!

Dapper,
You can ride with me also, I'll be the one behind everyone else with his tongue dragging the ground, but I'm going to have fun fun fun! :yeehaw:

LOL Sawblade... yes, that "Take it easy" comment is necessary! People need to be reminded that the races at DW are for fun... no points, no money, no nuttin! The last thing I want to see is someone getting a ride to the hospital cause they tried to ride over their head.

Although I ride 2 to 3 times a week, I've only been on a MX track once this year, and it wasn't a pretty sight. I don't care. I ride for me, and me only. If I look like a spode out on the Cooperland track, I'll be the first to laugh with you over a beer.

It's all about having a good time. I hope I give everyone a good laugh because I'll be the happiest rider at DW. You’ll be able to see my big smile under my little green helmet.

Lets go already!

I totally agree ... a small slice of Heaven.

I am also limiting my escapades on the bike in order to assure myself the ability to mingle more than I did last year. Last year I ruined my voice begging people to come over and hang out with the wounded. Everybody was so nice to come by.

Not this year!

Well it used to be kinda smelly, but thanks to Brian and his "spodewash" it's gotten much better. ;)

Thank goodness. After being away from the hog farm for 20 years that I grew up on now when I go home and say to my Dad. "Whats that smell"? He always replies "MONEY"! LOL

I raced the mx races two years ago, and had a blast!  Last year, I decided to sit out, and no regrets there either.  Dirtweek offers a lot of options on different types of riding (there are also other woods and mx tracks nearby if you want to do a day trip), race, who to hang out with, etc.

Just doing whatever makes you feel comfortable is the most fun and safest.  If you do wish to try the races, you'll find it's more like goofing around on a track or trail with a bunch of your friends, than a serious competitive race, and that's a good thing.

How about that, folks. Ryanoa is keeping a journal of my toilet time. At least I don't have to take a dump from all the excitement before buying a miter saw (we were walking through the door to Lowes, buying a miter saw together, and he announces "I gotta take a dump" and b-lines it for the restrooms before he's even finished with the sentence). Innocent bystanders may just think he was about to have a regular movement. But I know too well that any form of adrenaline-rich recreational activity or nervous excitement is always preceded by a trip to the pot for my brother-in-law. :uh:
