Is there a retro fit, stop/ running light

I've a 99 220 and a 96 200 and would like to ad a brake light to the tail light! is it possible to do it, with out replacing the intire tail light assemble ? also have any of you© used that hydralic brake like switch in DK ? looks way to easy©
