Hello all, I have two Yamaha IT 200's, an 85, and an 86. I am trying to set up the suspension on both and do not have any setting info. Apparently there was a manual for these showing how to adjust them. I am not that familiar with suspension, altho, I sure know when it isn't right... I weigh 190 lbs and ride mostly rocky, mountainous terrain. Is anyone familiar enough with these to give me some basics for set-up? There are adjustments for rear shock spring length, and dampening, and, air pressure, dampening, and fork oil height for the front end. Great site, Thanks for anyone's help!!

Try asking in the suspension forum also. "Suspension Q&A with Jeremy Wilkey"; it is about 3 below this one. I'm sure they might have at least a starting point for you.
Btw as evil as many believe it is, does have many good things. I bought one of my manuals on there from a "Bikebooks" in TN and I am pleased with it. A manual should have whatever you are looking for. (not much in specs in my experience)
Good luck.
