This post reminds me of the time I missed the punching bag in my garage while doing a spinning punch karati move. I ended up breaking my hand......lol. Als I gotta say is try best not to get hurt off the track

Thanks dude. I've got some plans on the 17th and I don't think Momma is ready for me to go yet. The little one still is wearing on her. I'll be back soo though.
