I was wondering if anyone could help set up my bike for washugal. I have a 89 cr 250 and I hope to race in the up coming national. I've been riding alot at the local gravel pit and I think i have a shot at winning washugal if I can get the suspension dialed in. Any tips would be a great help.

Well, I would start with fresh 90wt oil in the forks and shock. Also add 20lbs of air to the forks and charge the shock to 300.

This should get you pretty close!
