KY 909/Livingston Status - Anyone know?

Does anyone know the status of KY 909? I venture there about twice a year from out of state and have heard a few things lately about not being allowed to ride there. I want to head down in the fall, is riding still allowd there? Thanks!

That sucks man... I feel your pain... The same thing has been going on up here in NJ over the laast few years too. It's a real shame. :(
