Hi Guys, Hope Someone Can Help I'm In Need Of A Left Handed Die To Re-cut The Threads On The Crankshaft Of My Sons 2001 Ktm 50, Does Anyone Know The Size Of The Die I Need This Would Help Too :( Or Can Someone Tell Me Where I Can Source One I've Been Trying Now For 3 Weeks, Please Help.

Yeah Bike Been In One Since Friday Been In Today To See If Was Ready But They Couldn't Get Hold Of A Die Either. Must Be One Out There Somewhere Will Keep Trying.

Try McMaster-Carr.com

Not sure if they have left handed dies, but I believe they carry thread files. You may be able to dress it down with a thread file. Or do a search on thread files.

Any machine shop should be able to cut a left hand thread on their lathe.

indeed. Cost would be more than a die-cut...but should be able to be done in a short time...no waiting. Must be lazy machinist.
