They are a bit harder, because they are a pressed fit.
But.. You should be able to do it with heat and a hammer.
You'll need to heat the outside of the link, not extremely hot, but hot enough to expand the aluminum.
I used a large socket, bigger then the diameter of the bearing I was knocking out, to sit the link on. Then put a smaller socket, roughly the size of the bearing against the bearing race, and started hitting.. It was hard to get it moving, but eventually it did.
You may also try using the same method, but instead of a hammer, use a vise. to press it out. Heat is the key though. Especially if this is the first time those bearings have been replaced. They'll likely be frozen in there pretty good.
