Planning a late April trip to ride the trails on the island with 2 buddies. Looking to stay there April 28th thru April 30th. Since we have limited time from work were looking to rent a cabin. Any info is appreciated.
that is pretty early to be riding in that part of the UP. Many of the trails on Drummond are marshy. On the other hand the trails will not be overgrown with vegetation.
I've stayed here. Very nice place. Hot Tub. Sauna.
Been on D I many times Memorial weekend, some years completely underwater, and some coughing dirtballs. I would think with lack of snow in the U.P. this year. Could be do able, But Mother Nature is still in full Swing that time of year. I would give it another Month.
