LTZ 400 carb?

I know this is a just KDX site but most of the people in here have come across most every problem so here it goes. A buddy just got a new slip on and stage 1 jet kit for his LTZ 400 (suzuki). He put every thing on but the new jets and the bike would cut off after getting on the gas then backing off. I know another guy who offered to install the jets. They just got done takeing the carb apart 3 times and they finally got it where it runs like a scolded dog but when the bike is sitting still and you grab the handle bars and rock it, it cuts off. Anyone ever come across this before? Hes jetted plenty of bikes and he said hes never come across this before. Hes checked the float several times. Just thought Id ask here, thanks all.
