Making a bike street legal in AZ

Does anyone know exactly what guidelines a motorcycle must meet in order to be street legal in Arizona? Ive been searching google and have found varying answers.

The best solution is to contact your DMV and get it straight from them.

I'd say if it complies with that you should be able to get plates
