I said in my opinion they are overpaid. Why should they get more than a janitor? I mean according to you the players are greedy for wanting more than you get. Why is it the other way when you are being greedy for making more than the janitor?

I dont care if the difference is hundreds or millions. The fact is some postitions pay more. Why dont you guys complain when the pilots strike? Or when airline attendants go on strike. If you can find another guy to hit those home runs for the same price go for it.

If not pay Alex his money and lets get on with the game!

The economics of pro sports is completely in the crapper :uh:
I agree that people should make as much as others are willing to pay, but this concept has it's limits. It's just human nature to push the boundries and in the end allow greed to finally push things over the edge. It is coming to the point where it's not what "people" will pay for, but what the "elite" will pay for. Pro sports are slowly forceing their way out of a working mans budget :|
