Moose seat

I ordered a tall one for my 02 YZ250. Is it any softer than stock? How about fit and finish?

I have the tall moose seat on my cr250, mine is very soft. I think i actually sit as low or lower than the stock seat due to the softness of the moose.

I'll second that on the CR250 seat. Way too soft. In fact, the foam became paper thin up by the tank after 5 rides.

If I am not mistaken the Moose seat is made by SDG. My SDG tall seat is great. After 6 months of riding the seat is still great.

I put the standard SDG YZ seat on, and it was a brick. Stock is better. Now I have the stock 2004 YZ seat, great cover. Top allows some scooting, sides are very agressive non-slip. Works great. No moto, techincal trails and climbs.

Rode for the first time with it this weekend, after a few laps I didn't really notice how hard it was. Didn't seem to soften up either though.
