I bought the kdx 200 for a trail bike. I never rode on a track before. I ride the track alot now.I have a FMF Gnarly woods pipe(torque). :ride: I was thinking of doing the rb carb mod.......but then I thought to change the pipe to a FMF Gnarly desert pipe(rev) :aj: .Will this give me more of a hit?I would keep the woods pipe for trails and switch to the rev pipe for the track. Does this make sense?would I notice a difference in the pipes?would I have to change my jetting? What would be money better spent?rb mod $165 pipe $190. Thanks My jetting is 152 main 45 pilot 1173 needle clip in second from top position

The rev (desert) pipe will give you more top end but less bottom end than the current woods pipe. The r-b carb mod will give you more of both bottom and top end. I just replaced the rev pipe with the woods pipe on my 220 last weekend, and , with the r-b carb mod, it still has a surprisingly good top end hit, but now with real meaty bottom end too. I think the r-b carb mod would be your best choice if you have to pick one. However, if time is an issue, I understand R-B is backed up right now and would probably take a few weeks. You could have the pipe in a few days from your favorite supplier. I'm betting you go with the pipe!!!
