Moto Boots / stock shifter

I recently purchased new moto boots and seeem to have difficulty with the shifter. I have raised it a bit but still not all that. Any suggestion........do I need to purchase an after market one? If so, any suggestions?

It's something that you'll get use to after a few rides. As the boot brake-in you'll have a better feel. However, if you want to spend money first, Moose makes a nice over-sized shifter.

Break in your boots, then you will feel your shifter again.
