Muenster Saturday

Hey Jim,

I plan on camping out with Benjamin and Daniel Thursday night and Friday night at Muenster, riding Friday and Saturday. My wife, youngest son Joseph (12) and possibly 2 of my daughters (Miri 19, Talia 18) will join us Friday night and do some riding with us on Saturday.

I don't remember what you said your family's schedule was for the weekend, but I though I'd let you know when we're going to be there.

I don't know if I've met Slo'mo. Maybe we can meet Saturday.

Seldon, I may be out there Saturday, if it's not too hot. We really cooked out there yesterday. I rode 35 miles and was absolutely whipped. Drank 2 gallons of water myself. I'm also thinking of hitting the Kiamichis Saturday. If we got there Friday night, we could get up really early Saturday and be riding by 6, before it gets too hot.

In case anybody cares, I ended up making an A on my physics final. Yipee.

Hopefully I'll be able to do some riding this summer. Does anybody know what makes brakes overheat and quit working? Lost my back brake in the TCCRA race this weekend, cost me a legit shot at my first win in TCCRA. I was up 32 seconds. Oh well, there's always next time I suppose.

Brake dragging is hard on brakes, and in hot weather can cause them to overheat.
