Need Directions

I need directions to the Williams Hill Pass Association riding area in Harrisburgh Il. The Illinois DNR web site only gives what appears to be a mailing address and no phone number. I know how to get to Harrisburgh, I went through there on the way to the Little Egypt riding area, just don't know how to get to this riding place.
