I'm helping a friend rebuilt his 2002 kx125. I went with him to the dealership and ordered the crank, a few parts, and a manual.
So He brings me all the parts today. Problem is that the guy at the counter forgot to add the manual to the order. So I start looking online to figure out where I can download a manual.
But now after searching for about a half hour I can't find anything.
Where can I get a manual for this bike. I'd like to have it tonight, tomorrow morning if possible.
I've got tomorrow off work and want to get this motor back together.

There's gotta be someplace that sells pdf versions of manuals.

did you search google? you sound like your in a rush, you should take is slow when rebuilding the bike. you dont want to miss anything. i was in a rush once and installed a gear with the wrong side facing out and it sheared my clutch basket bolts off, the ones on the back side that hold the gear on. the basket was junk after that, i could extract the small screws. i set my self back a couple 100 bucks.

Not so much a rush. Just have everything together and ready to go. I've also got a huge chunk of time tomorrow to get a bunch done. The longer a project sits around the more I start to think of something as a "huge job". I like to keep moving whenever possible.

I was able to download a full kx125-250 manual but it's for the 2003 and later models.
