I just got an 04 kx 250 and was looking for some tips on adjusting it for my weight 175-180lb. I mostly ride on tracks and hit decent jumps so how firm do i make it? Ive never had to adjust b4 since i just started riding tracks but it seems way to loose. i can bounce it around pretty good just sitting on it and i sat on a friends race bike and i can hardly move the suspension.. is that what i shoot for?

Theres also a sticker on the forks from pro action with a bunch of specs and date of adjustment... is that aftermarket?

PA is a suspension reavling shop that has franchises all over the country. They may have preformed their modifcations based on your stickers. But they may have only done a service or even nothing at all.

I would attempt to set your sag at 100mm and go from there. PA has been around a long time, and has a storied past on this board alone. If you chose to go back to them make sure you ask all the right questions and get a franchise where someone has some histroy.

Good luck.
