You may want to try the Wiseco complete crankshaft assembly. They are fairly reasonable and you don't have to mess with someone rebuilding your crank. Which can be tricky since it is easy to damage the metal covering on the crank halves. The Wiseco crankshaft fits the 92-01 CR250. I installed one in my 2000 CR250 after my motor sucked dirt and actually noticed much less vibration than with my stock crank and my stock crankshaft was true to .0005 or less on each side. www.motosportoutlet.com has them for $179.95 with free shipping. You may have to call them since I couldn't find it on the website, it's in their catalog though. If you have a dealer that gives you a break on parts, you might get one cheaper than that. Just my opinion.
