new bike, needs suspension set up right

i am about to get my 03 CR125 in and i need to set the suspension up for me. im 14 115 lbs with gear on. and im 5'7' if that matters.
anyway.. all i need to do is figure out how to soften it up b/c im sure the stock suspension will be a little harsh for me b/c im light.

You will need alot lighter springs as a minimum-goto www.mx-tech.com and use the spring rate generator-the 02 model one will work to give you the correct rates for your weight.

I'm your size and I ride an 01 cr125 with the stock springs... it works pretty well for me. (Just make sure your forks arent binding like mine were)
