New place in Council Bluffs Iowa

Has anybody checked out the new trail they just opened up in Council Bluffs Iowa?
If you did how was it and what does it take to ride it. I am from Nebraska and do I need anything different to ride in Iowa? Permit or anything?

Iowa honors out of state registrations, as far as I know. You are required to have a current registration and helmet to ride any of Iowa's parks. Check it out here.........
