New York trail question (Utica area)

Hey guys,

I know there is someone on here from Upstate new york.. I'll be heading down there this weekend, and I wanted to find some nasty trails to ride on.. (Nasty being what I can't get here in Toronto, rocky, steep, technical trails). If anyone has ANY suggestions, e-mail me, at jmutiger@msn.com

I'll be coming down 81, until Rt.12, then down 12 to Utica (basically).. From there, I'd be into riding anywhere.. I was hoping to get some mountainous type riding in, but I'll take what I can get.
