Nitrogen charging

Check out this thread, this has been covered. Yes, clean, dry air is usable, but is generally more difficult to come by than nitrogen.

nitrogren is aircraft tires for the same reason it's used in shocks.. It is less sensitive to temp changes. As your shock heats up the shop air will expand and change the internal pressure of the bladder. And if your not running abunch of filters and water seperators like a paint shop you will have water present.
