The Northwest Motorcycle Association's lawsuit against the State of Washington has moved to the appeals court part of the process.

We have brought suit against the IAC (Inter Agency Committee for outdoor recreation) for misappropriating NOVA funds.

They are currently spending your gas tax money on non-motorized projects. This violates the State Constitution's requirement that gas taxes must either be spent on roads or refunded to those who payed the taxes. Non-motorized projects are neither.
