o-ring or x ring for 00 kx250

Has anyone had any luck running a o-ring chain or x ring.I Put a o ring chain on before,but it looked like it would rub the cases behind the counter sprocket because of the width.I really would like to try the x ring,BY DID.Can anyone tell me if they had any luck concerning the clearance with either a o-ring chain or x ring for a kx 250.

I run an RK X-Ring on my KX with no problem.:)

I ran a Regina O-ring, it rubbed slightly but didn't cause any problems other than light rub marks on the case. During part of this the countershaft sprocket was a bit loose on the shaft, missing one of the tiny o-rings behind the collar, which may have caused the rubbing, I'm not exactly sure. I've got a DID X-ring on now and don't see any clearance problems, I've ridden it once with it.

Thanks cam,if you get a chance try pushing on the chain up by the counter sprocket and see if touches the cases.THANKS.
