Okie-A quick favor, please?

I sent you a PM requesting a specific password change for my Email acct.
I know I can get this thing to work from home. I am almost positive that there is a problem with the password. Might be because it was one of the first ones generated (I'm grasping here, but I still think the current PW is faulty somehow).
Thanks in advance.
Lou.

No, that's not your problem, but yes... I'll change the password.

Free email wasn't supposed to be a support intensive benefit :)

I'M IN, BABY, I'M IN!
I don't know why, but the password did the trick. I kept getting the password error before. Now-"Welcome to NeoMail"!!!:)
Thanks Okie.

Senior, if you're the #1 compuspode, I'm sitting at your right hand, ifyaknowhatimean!:D

Edit note: Outlook Express works like a champ as well. Took about 2 seconds to set it up and login/check messages!:)

(I knew I wasn't this stoopid!)

Ok...it was the username needing all lower case. I was confused and thought it was just the password that was case sensitive.

Anywho, I'm in!

Thanks, Okie.
