Okie,

I forgot about the auto- renew feature on my subscription. My wife was balancing the checkbook this afternoon and asked me about a $14.00 Paypal charge. I had no idea what it was for. I had to call paypal and still couldn't figure it out ontil he read me the email address. It was okie@... and as soon as he said that, the light came on. It didn't get me out of trouble with the wife but at least I knew why.

i think my support team renewal just came through my credit card via paypal - at least the $$ amount looks right. can anyone tell me what i should see for the description on my card posting.

also, i really had to look to find subscription information (was looking for stm $ costs to verify). how about putting this in a more obvious place (like home page) so that when i look for it again next year... "user cp / support team" just was not clear to me. :bang: may also make it easier for prospective members - that is unless they get a different homepage???
