Okie: Question about "The Archives" forum

Okie,

In the archive forum there are two sub forums "Technical..." & "General..." along with the top level "The Archives". If a post is in one of the sub folders, then you can browse for it, but if the post is placed in the top level forum then it is hidden unless you do a search. Is that intentional or is it 'just one of those things'?

Thanks for the info.
I moved it into Technical.

Looks like someone moved it when I was messing with the forums. Will have to do some testing to see if I can move more into the category.

I tried to move one in there, got an error message (as I should have). Not sure how that one got in there.
