One More Computer Question-Transfering Address Book?

Can someone tell me which file format to save my address book as when exporting from the work PC so I can import into the home PC?  I've tried this before with no success.

Work PC: Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.3821)

Home PC is Outlook Express version 6.0 (just downloaded with IE 6.0 and lost my address book)

Outlook express uses .wab if I remember correctly.
and can import .wab.pab or .txt(comma seperated)
In outlook, do you use Contacts, or the address book?

Then you'll have to export your contact list as a comma delimited file from Outlook.
