gx, here's what was posted to the BB. It was in RTF, so I cleaned it up as much as possible. As far as I could tell, they only listed an end time and not the mileage. I figured it to be 61.2. Looks like one speed average, 2 pauses and a bunch of resets. Have fun.

Has anybody done this run before? I just heard that it's loaded with whoops. Even more than the scrub pine I just did which had miles of whoops throughout the race. Man those things wipe me out. I haven't gained the confidence yet to just open it up and try to ride the tops of them. As soon as I see really deep whoops I'm off the gas on a rollercoaster ride. :ugg:

gx, I rode it last year and I do remember a lot of whoops. Riding the tops will take a lot less out of you. Carry some speed, keep your weight back a little, grip with your legs and go. Have fun.

I'm gonna try but for some reason when I just back off. Maybe because I went over the bars once in deep whoops. Slammed my shin on the bars on the way over. Oh well, That which doesn't kill me only makes me faster. I hope. Thanks again kelseybrent.

Its pretty whooped out in the orv park and the surrounding area. Ive talked to a friend of mine in the club and they did put in some new trail. The earlier the number the better.

I think i'm gonna do this because I can only do one more race this season and also because I'm member of NJOHVP and kinda wanted to ride the surrounding area. If for some reason I don't make this one I'll probably do the DE enduro. I checked out their web site the ride is gonna be about 100 miles. The longest enduro i've done was 80 and by 70 miles I couldn't wait until it was over.
Unfortunately riding closer to the front is not an option for me. I just started riding this year, i've gotten better and faster but I'm still not fast enough. Pulling over to let people pass me slows me down too much. I'd rather ride closer to back so only a few pass me and I can keep riding.
The weathers gonna suck 63 and rain in the morning. I've already started spraying my clothes and jacket with water repellant but I've never ridden in a cold rain. Anyone know how heavy to dress? I don't want to overdo it and over heat my self but nor do I want to freeze.
