Places to ride in South Carolina?

Does anyone know of any places in the Charelston, SC area, other than the Francis Marion Forests? Somewhere within and hour or two?

There are some more Forest Service trails in Sumter about an hours drive from you. I think these are called Manchester.:)

The track and trails at Manchester State Forest are 10-12 miles south of the town of Wedgefield, SC. From Wedgefield, take 261 south to Rimini Rd. Bear right (only way to go) on Rimini Rd and the parking area is about 1 mile on left.

They require a permit that can be bought at the pistol range on 261 (a few miles before you get to Rimini Rd coming from the north).
