PM Quota Thingie

I noticed that when you go to the private messagiing area that there is a PM Quota box at the lower left. The only place it seems to work is on the Message Tracking screen. On both the Inbox and Sent Items screen the PM Quota box is blank. Just wondering if it's only me or if it's a known issue.
