That was cool of TP refering to RC as "the man" for Suzuki next year. TP knows his role and showed his respect. IF TP could stay healthy, the yellow team can be pretty interesting next year...hmmmm.

Yeah that was, so was Reeds when he was getting ready to pass Larocco on lap2 or 3, throwing out a whip on the tight inside line.
These guys whips just show how much mastery they have of their bikes.

Bubba and Reed don't really have much competition. Those guys were soooo far ahead of everyone else by the end of the race.

Reed is wicked fast and very smooth.

Bubba is also wicked fast, but appears to be riding on a razor's edge. He man-handles that bike at will. It's amazing how close he comes to the hay bales after landing a triple. His whips are downright scary, especially with mid-air traffic.

As the first rider out during opening ceremonies, Tyler Evans shoots out of the tunnel riding a wheeling. Lights are low, spot light is on him. He drops the front wheel down then gets on the gas.... braaaappp!!! braaaaaaph!!.... BAM!!! Crosses a small berm/track divider and endos over the bars big time into some track banners. The crowd cheers and he takes a bow.

I saw a hot version of Cortney Cox step out of Reed's RV. It's good to be Chad Reed.

Was that short who went over the berm?? Everyone in front of me stood up to see better..I couldn't tell what rider went over.

Yes it was. Haven't heard anything on him yet but it didn't look good. We must have been in about the same area.

mxneagle, were you anywhere near an idiot who kept yelling "gravedigger"...but yeah I was right there where he went over, but about halfway up. Did he just completely miss the turn? or get pushed over?? All I saw was him coming off the bike.

I was sitting toward the back near the first turn and I thought I saw Short stand up after the red golf-cart-ambulance-thing picked him up. I think he's probably OK, just wondering what made him shoot over it like that?

I was in section 118 directly in front of the triple. Short got booted in the whoops and rode a few out on his front wheel. He saved that but I think he was wide open to do it, so when the rear wheel finally hit it just launched him over the bowl turn.
