I just purchased a 99 KDX 200 equipped with a Pro-Circuit pipe and silencer. Its my understanding, that unlike FMF, Pro Circuit offers one pipe for each respective model. This is my first KDX. Can anyone comment on what portion of the power band the Pro Circuit pipe was designed

I've run Pro Circuit pipes on my kdx, and feel they split the difference between FMF's torque pipe and their desert pipe. I've tried a FMF gnarly pipe and their rev pipe, and I like the PC pipe best. My advise though, as all the pipes take away the little play bike easiness, add some flywheel mass if you install any pipe. Now I just run the stock pipe cause they are virtually indestructable and super quiet, and for the mud, ruts, roots and rocks that I ride on mostly, you really can't beat it. I even got a gold medal in our desert ISDE here in Oregon in the A class bone stock.
