Question for KX500 owners

Dear ultimate-power-seeking gurus,
I bought a carb off a KX500 and I was wondering if the stock carb has a conical bore on the reed side from 40mm outermost reed side to 39mm right before the slide on the reed side also. I would like to know if this is stock or not. That makes it a 39? or 40mm? :think

The carb on mine is a Kehin PWK 39 (as in 39 mil) My KX is a 90 model

Hi demographic,
I'm wondering if you have by any chance measured the inside diameter of the carb, the side entering the reed cage. Does it measure 39 or 40mm stock. I'm wondering about this to determine if my carb has been tampered with. Mine is bored like a funnel. It measures 40mm at the end but is back to 39mm an inch further. Is the tip inside diameter supposed to measure 39mm?

Sorry I don't know that, I just looked in my manual. Next time I take it off I will post the info (but if anyone out there works on a carb before me then feel free to beat me to it) only thing is I won't have time to do much on my bike for a couple of weeks so the info may be a while coming.
