race sag????

How do you set up the race sag for a 5'6 145lbs rider mounted on a 96 kdx 200.

I think the rear is stock but, the front i dont know.

I ride trails and big long sand dune hills.
but, mostly trails.

Set rear sag at 100mm to start, tune from there.
