rad valve set up

i am thinking of buying a rad valve for 90' cr125. just to improve response some more. as far as jetting i have the bike jetted perfectly, the plug always comes out in that tanish color in every throttle position :) but my question is, will the rad valve have a tremendous effect on jetting or just small time? i know it will have some effect i just don't know what kind. :think:

on some bikes you have to change the jetting and not on others-generally a few sizes leaner.
