Just wanted to know the best way to re-paint my black rims, our what would be the best type of paint to use, cuz dont wanna waist extra$$ on buy a new one's, do a lot of trail riding so rims get a lots of scratches and doesnt look great, thanks please help me out. :ride:

You need an epoxy based paint. Check at your local finish master or auto paint place. They should have it in spray cans. Tough and durable paint ask for "Epoxy based black spray paint" Prob $15 for a can.......it works great, is heat and chemical resistant too. Takes about 5 days to fully harden.

My rims are still in pretty decent shape, but I actually take a black permanent magic marker or laundry marking pen and literally color the scratches. It actually lasts quite awhile. From a short distance is not even noticeable. Silly, I know, but it does help.
