Rear Spring Question

I need some help in selecting a rear spring for my 00 CR-500. I have looked at Race-Tech and Eibachs web sites to find the right spring but have had no luck. Stock is a 5.6 which is setup for a 160-180# rider but I weigh 250 and ride a combination of sand and more recently motor cross so what spring would you recommend or is a chart available so I can determine myself.

I'd go with a 6.2-6.4

you should also consider frt. springs as well if still stock. By leaving frt. stk & stiffening up the rear that much you will encounter a new set of probs., especially if your riding in sand.
