Recipe for flywheel

I have full CNC machining access. I'm interested in making a +10 flywheel, but have no idea whats involved. Any input? Where on the part is the extra material? Is the wheel just a solid part, or does it contain electrical components? If someone could send me some good detailed pics it would be great. mnnthbx@hotmail.com. Thanks.

it's just a flat plate about 6 - 8mm thick with a threaded hole through the centre so that it spins onto the crankshaft instead of the nut. It's also carefully balanced. you also need a spacer for the flywheel cover because it sits out too far.

I'd just go and buy one!
