red clutch adjuster knob for KTM

Does anyone know if the red plastic clutch adjuster knob for late-model KTM hydraulic clutches is available separately? I've asked two local dealers and they are telling me that you have to purchase a whole lever assembly. Just curious, because my wife just picked up a '99 200 MXC and it's missing the clutch adjuster knob and I'd like to replace it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for any information.
