Rekluse with a hydraulic clutch?s

I have a 2004 kx 250 with a hyd. clutch. I just purchased a rekluse auto clutch to help my horrible stalling habit. There was a thread here before that mentioned it wasnt good to pull the hyd. clutch lever when you had a rekluse. Can anyone give me a little more info about that?
