Replacing Bottom-out bumper on rear shock

I have a 93 kdx 200 which has a cracked bottom out bumper. I realise I have to take the whole shock appart just to get at this one piece?
-Any suggestions as to who should be doing the work and what is involved?

-Also, replacing the inverted front fork seals. I hear it isn't an easy job. Does anybody have some knowledge in this area? If so I would love to hear from ya!.
