I usedtacould run 3 consecutive sub-7 minute miles. Of course, I was 17 y/o at the time and in boot camp! Did a one-mile run in 6:30, and a three-mile run in 20:30 after maxxing out doing pull-ups and maxxing out sit-ups in 2 minutes. Weird thing was, I could have gone faster. I had just improved so quickly during that time, that I didn't know what I was capable of.
