I crashed in pratice last week, not a bad crash, washed out in a turn. my left side ribs started hurting no marks or anything so I thought it would go away . Now it's been a week and they still hurt not really bad but I still can't ride :| . is there anything I can do to speed the healing, heat, ice ,exercize?

Im going on about 8 weeks since injuring my ribs in a practice. They still hurt and Ive not ridden in nearly 3 weeks and before that, I took off 3 weeks too. I tried wrapping mine but it didnt seem to help. I would suggest not stressing the ribs if you want them to heal, but thats just my two cents.
I cracked two ribs about 4 weeks ago. I've been going to a chiropractor that specializes in sports injuries. He adjusts my back and rubs down the muscles in my back, this really helps. also a rib belts was very helpful. Now I'm wrapping the ribs with elastic tape, not all the way around just the side that hurts. It does make it a little hard to breath but at least I can ride.
I 2nd that, no riding for 6 weeks will kill ya. :p
when I broke my ribs I couldn't move for weeks without a lot of pain. After about 5 weeks I started feeling better until this girl at work was kidding around with me and pushed me in the chest, it was like breaking them all over again. In all it took about 7 weeks before I got back on the bike but I took it real easy and slow and wore a expandable rib belt. After 3 months it was just tender but everything esle was back to normal for the most part. When I could cough & sneeze without tears I started slowly getting back to my routine.
