If you lived in an area that didn't have a lot of Riding available how much would you be willing to pay to ride in an area with 300 acres and 20+ miles of trails?

$100 per Year
$200 per Year
$300 per Year
$400 per Year
$1200 per lifetime

Feel Free to elaborate on your reasoning.

Since I DO live in an area with limited riding opportunities (and that is being kind), it would be nice to really face a choice like this.

I'd gladly pay $400+ per year or $1200 lifetime.

That's not very much land. I'd get bored riding in that small an area. How can you get 20 miles of trails on only 300 acres?

I'd pay $100-$200 year for unlimited access depending on how good the trails are. I'd plan on driving out of the area when I really wanted to ride.

The club I belong to has ~1200 acres and you can put together ~14 mile loops without riding the same trail 2x. Annual dues is $275.

It would depend on how many people were there and how frequently I could go. If it were fairly empty I would pay $400.00.

If you figure MX track practice costs, I would imagine this would be a deal.

I would be nervouse paying for a lifetime membership. Seems alot of places shut down really quick.

I live in the desert and ride right out of my garage. We also have the San Bernardino Mtns. nearby. I'm so spoiled I can't give a fair answer, but that's part of the reason I live where I do.:D

The club I belong to has plenty of trail and is about 300 per year. You can have your own spot to camp. Its about an hour out of town. I think that its about the closest club in our area. Theres three or four clubs in my area, but there is no non-private land with a hour of here to ride on.

I would pay 400$ a year but only if
1. The place was within 1 hour traveling time.
2. The 400$ would cover 2 people.
3. There would have to be an MX track there.
4. It would have to be open at least 2 days a week.

I live in an area where there are very limited places to ride. There are a few places similar to yours. They charge $10 per day per rider and get lots of buisness.
