rm 250 (1995) powervalve adjusting

i'm about to adjust my powervalve so i need some info from you guys... here it goes. what is the standard setting of my bike if anyone knows. and what do i need to do for more low end i just want it nice and torqy. some people say i need to turn it inwards and some say its just crap :bang: i tried it just 5 minutes ago and turned it outwards and the bike was running smoothly and was very sensitive on the throtle, when i turned it inwards it was about the same as normal but it has the intention to turn off but every thing was normal...

hi guys i have a problem... ive got this hose that comes out of my powervalve system and it spews out oil and exhaust smoke can someone tell me if thats normal,?

There will be some from the hose. It's normal.

If it leaving a puddle, or smoking excessively, that's not normal.
