Bike has history of the clutch plates sticking together and does need a new basket, Those parts are being ordered. Although the major issue I am finding is the bike cant be shifted. linkage behind the basket is stuck in the down position as you can see in the pic below. I'm guessing the odd's of this just skipping a tooth are pretty slim. Anyone have any ideas what would cause the trans to lock up this way.
