This past summer I fell and bent the subframe on my '02 crf450. Problem is the silencer went along with the subframe, and it "bent" at the junction of the header and silencer. The silencer, a Bills, did not actually bend... What happened is it rounded off the last inch or so of the header. It's kind of hard to describe. Is there anyway to straiten the end of the header out? I'm not sure if I should heat it etc since it's titanium...

Thanks

Can you bend it out with some needle nose pliers? I would think that anything would be better than having it bent over completely. Not sure how elastic titanium is, though...
